Bid Manager

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop bid strategies aligned with company goals and client needs.
  
• Manage the full bid lifecycle — from RFP review to final submission.
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for inputs and compliance.
  
• Oversee proposal content, pricing, and risk assessments.
  
• Support negotiations and present solutions to stakeholders.
  
• Conduct post-bid reviews and improve bid processes.
  
• Lead and mentor the bid management team.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s/MBA preferred).
  
• 8–10 years of bid/proposal management experience, with 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  
• Strong industry knowledge (IT, telecom, defence, etc.).
  
• Excellent communication, project management, and commercial skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines.
  
• Proficiency in bid tools (MS Office, CRM, etc.).
