Human Resources Operations Manager

As an HR Manager Operations at Mehrauli (Head office K.R Mangalam), your role will involve monitoring and updating staff attendance records, tracking leave applications, and maintaining leave registers. You will be responsible for maintaining updated records for PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory requirements, ensuring accurate filing and safe custody of employee records, maintaining HR dashboards, employee master files, and generating periodic MIS reports. Additionally, tracking probation, confirmation, and contract renewal dates will be part of your key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and update staff attendance records. - Track leave applications and maintain leave registers. - Maintain updated records for PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory requirements. - Ensure accurate filing and safe custody of employee records. - Maintain HR dashboards, employee master files, and generate periodic MIS reports. - Track probation, confirmation, and contract renewal dates. Key Requirements: - Minimum Qualification: Graduate + Diploma in HR / MBA in HR (preferred). - Experience: 08-10 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a school or academic institution. Skills: - Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR software. - Good verbal and written communication. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. - Discreet and professional in handling confidential data. In addition to the qualifications and skills required, it is preferred that candidates have experience working in CBSE/IB schools/ University or similar educational setups and possess basic knowledge of Indian labor laws and school regulatory frameworks.
