Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Operations Manager to join our team in Jaipur. As an HR Operations Manager, you will be responsible for handling core HR functions, including grievance handling, onboarding, offboarding, training & development, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of HR operations. Key Responsibilities: - Onboarding & Offboarding: Your responsibilities will include facilitating the smooth onboarding of new hires, managing documentation and induction processes, as well as ensuring a proper offboarding process for departing employees. - Grievance Handling: You will be tasked with addressing employee grievances in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a fair resolution process in accordance with company policies. - Training & Development: As an HR Operations Manager, you will coordinate employee training programs, support in identifying training needs, and track progress to enhance employee development. - HR Policies & Compliance: You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining HR policies, including POSH and workplace conduct standards. It will be essential to ensure that employees are well-informed about company policies and procedures. - HR Documentation & Records: Your role will involve maintaining accurate employee records and documentation, supporting audits, and compliance checks as needed to uphold operational efficiency. Requirements: The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor's and Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. You should have at least 15 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of onboarding, grievance redressal, and HR compliance. Familiarity with labor laws and POSH regulations is essential. Additionally, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with the ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalism and confidentiality.,
