Position 1: Business Development Manager β Delhi (Liaison & Government Relations) Location: Delhi (with monthly travel to Ahmedabad) Key Responsibilities: β Regularly visit and liaise with government departments and regulatory bodies in Delhi/NCR. β Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in government agencies. β Facilitate necessary approvals, permissions, and regulatory clearances required for company operations. β Prepare and submit reports, proposals, and official correspondence as needed. β Create business presentations and present them effectively to government officials and stakeholders. β Travel to Ahmedabad once a month for reporting and strategic alignment with the management team. β Monitor industry trends and government policies impacting the telecom sector. Requirements: β Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred). β 3β5 years of experience in business development, government liaison, or regulatory affairs, preferably in the telecom industry. β Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. β Proficiency in preparing business presentations and confidently presenting them to clients/stakeholders. β Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex regulatory environments. β Willingness to travel as required. Position 2: Business Development Manager β Ahmedabad (Pan-India Travel) Location: Ahmedabad (with frequent travel across India) Key Responsibilities: β Identify and develop new business opportunities across India within the telecom sector and related industries. β Engage with clients, partners, and stakeholders to promote company services and offerings. β Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and negotiations to secure contracts. β Create compelling business presentations and confidently present them to clients and partners. β Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project delivery. β Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business strategies. β Travel extensively across India to meet potential and existing clients. Requirements: β Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred). β 3β5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the telecom industry. β Strong networking, negotiation, and presentation skills. β Proficiency in preparing business presentations and confidently presenting them to clients/stakeholders. β Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently. β Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively within India.
