We specialize in project-based solutions across government and private sectors and are looking to expand our footprint in the Bhopal region. Position Overview:We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead project sales initiatives in Bhopal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the wire and cable industry, with hands-on experience in managing government and private infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities:Drive project-based sales in the Bhopal region with a focus on government and private sector clients. Develop and manage key relationships with government bodies such as: MES (Military Engineering Services) PWD (Public Works Department) CPWD (Central Public Works Department) Smart City Project Authorities Identify and convert business opportunities in the private sector through: Architects Builders & Developers Consultants and Project Management Consultants (PMCs) Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, tender participation, technical discussions, to post-sales coordination. Provide regular market insights, competition tracking, and project updates to senior management. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as per business objectives. Candidate Profile – Mandatory Requirements:Must have relevant experience in the wire and cable industry. Minimum of 2-5 years of project sales experience, specifically dealing with government and private infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of the sales process in government departments (MES, CPWD, PWD, etc.). Demonstrated success in handling large projects via consultants, architects, and builders. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
