Manager to help us expand our client. You will be part of a passionate & energetic sales team to provide the best solutions to customers. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings. Responsibilities:  EPC sales of solar projects (Rooftops/ground mounted)  Meet the sales target of solar projects as per the organization  Generation of business leads & arrange business meetings with prospective clients  Coordinate with other stake holders and submission of techno-commercial proposals to customers  Providing sales target plan to key stake holders  Support to design team & execution team for smooth completion of projects & follow up with customers for commercial closure of project  Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support  Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers  Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders  Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions  Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company’s products Requirements and skills: Qualification must be B.tech/MBA  Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive  Experience in solar company more than 3 to 12 years  Proven record of sales growth  Experience in marketing, or a sales-related field  Knowledge of solar projects and equipment for selling the projects  Experience in lead generation  Sharp negotiation and networking skills  Organizational skills  Problem-solving skills  Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) Show more Show less
