Job Description

As the HR Manager at our organization located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of human resources and employee engagement. With a minimum of 6 years of experience in the relevant field, you will play a crucial role in recruitment and onboarding processes, business development, HR policies, and legal compliance. In the realm of recruitment and onboarding, you will drive the end-to-end recruitment process for all levels within the India office. This includes managing interns, lateral hires, and leadership roles. Collaborating with vertical heads, you will identify hiring needs and ensure the timely closure of open positions. Additionally, you will design and implement training programs for interns to enhance their professional development and manage the complete onboarding process for new hires in India. Your role will extend to business development by researching industry standards and market trends related to training, SOPs, and SLAs. By identifying training needs within the Strategic Business Unit (SBU), you will create or procure a professional development curriculum and monitor training programs to achieve objectives. Regular interaction with Subject Matter Experts of SBU, gathering feedback, and working towards process improvement will also be part of your responsibilities. In terms of HR and employee engagement, you will manage employee-related HR issues, conduct team-building activities, and facilitate employee motivation exercises. Furthermore, you will be involved in creating and improving HR policies and processes to align with industry trends and ensure legal compliance. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in recruiting management within the IT industry or equivalent, along with previous experience in Human Resources Management. An advanced HR certification and a master's degree are preferred. Strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, Agile methodology understanding, and a drive for success are essential qualities. Effective communication and negotiation skills, business acumen, project management skills, and problem-solving abilities are also required.
