The Trainer in US IT Recruitment will design and deliver comprehensive training programs aimed at improving the recruitment processes and skill set of the IT recruitment team. This role demands expertise in IT recruitment practices, training delivery, and a thorough understanding of the US job market and compliance requirements. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement training programs for IT recruitment professionals.Conduct workshops, seminars, and one-on-one sessions to enhance recruitment skills.Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in IT recruitment.Analyze training needs and develop customized training content.Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback for improvement.Ensure training programs comply with US hiring regulations.Create training materials, guides, and documentation. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field.At least 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment.Proven experience in delivering training programs.Strong understanding of US hiring standards and compliance.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to evaluate and assess training effectiveness.
