Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
  • Administer payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance.
  • Implement HR policies and maintain proper documentation.
  • Drive employee engagement and performance management processes.
  • Support training, development, and organizational growth initiatives.


Desired Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR/Management (MBA in HR preferred).
  • 1–3 years of relevant HR experience (freshers with strong skills may apply).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance will be an advantage.
