We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of the Human Resources function. The HR Manager will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR policies, compliance, and driving strategic initiatives to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
  • Build strong talent pipelines and ensure timely hiring.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations
  • Foster a positive and engaging work culture.
  • Conduct employee engagement activities, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
  • Performance Management & Appraisals
  • Implement and manage PMS (Performance Management System).
  • Support managers in goal setting, reviews, and career development.
  • Learning & Development
  • Identify training needs and organize development programs.
  • Drive initiatives for skill enhancement and leadership development.
  • HR Policies & Compliance
  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies as per statutory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Manage payroll coordination and benefits administration.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and support C&B strategies.
  • Strategic HR Initiatives
  • Align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Drive organizational development and change management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as HR Manager / HR Business Partner (5–8 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work strategically while managing day-to-day operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 per month
