Job Summary

:This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in

PMS, HR systems, employee engagement, and policy implementation

, preferably in a D2C or high-growth startup environment. You will partner with department heads, ensure accountability through systems, drive engagement, and strengthen second-line leadership across teams.

Key Responsibilities

:
  • Implement and manage

    Performance Management Systems (PMS)

    aligned with Zoho People & Projects.
  • Design and enforce

    HR policies

    that strengthen discipline, accountability, and fairness.
  • Develop second-line leadership across departments for business continuity and reduced risk.
  • Partner with HODs to ensure smooth

    role transitions

    and

    effective succession planning

    .
  • Design and implement

    engagement initiatives

    :

    feedback channels, recognition programs

    , wellness, and team-building activities.
  • Foster a culture

    of ownership, discipline, and collaboration aligned with THW values.
  • Create

    structured onboarding

    programs for new hires.
  • Design training

    calendars and skill workshops to upskill employees and prepare future leaders.
  • While not directly handling end-to-end hiring,

    oversee recruitment

    efforts by coordinating with HR recruiters and external agencies.
  • Ensure

    talent alignment

    with THWs mission and culture.
  • Ensure smooth adoption of Zoho HR tools across teams.
  • Track people-related metrics (performance, engagement, attrition, training outcomes) for decision-making.

Requirements

:
  • 3-5 years

    of HR experience (preferably in

    D2C / FMCG / e-commerce startups)

    .
  • Proven expertise in

    PMS, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    succession planning & leadership development.

  • Experience in

    Zoho HR tools

    (People, Projects preferred).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Based in Pune (Viman Nagar preferred).
