Human Resources Manager

HRMs play a vital role in ensuring that an organization has the right people in the right places to achieve its goals. They also play a key role in creating a positive and productive work environment.

We need a person who is capable for,

• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary proceedings
• Overseeing the recruitment and hiring process
• Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees
• Managing employee payroll, compensation and benefits
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable HR laws and regulations

He or she should have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, statutory compliance, talent acquisition etc. and also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you should be able to think strategically and solve problems effectively.

Skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
• 4-6 years of experience in human resources
• Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think strategically and solve problems effectively
• Knowledge of applicable HR laws and regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
