Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge in Payroll Management, Recruitment, Statutory Compliance, and end-to-end HR Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Handle payroll processing, attendance management, and salary administration.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity, Labour Laws, etc.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage employee engagement, grievance handling, and performance management systems.
• Coordinate training and development programs.
• Support management in strategic HR planning and workforce management.

Requirements:

• MBA / Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in HR Generalist or Managerial role.
• Proficient in Payroll, Recruitment, Statutory Compliance, and HRMS systems.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and confidentiality.
