Key Responsibilities:

Videography:

• Shoot scrollstopping Reels

   and product videos using mobile or camera 

  quickly and effectively

  , even in low-setup environments 
• Capture 

  authentic behind-the-scenes

  , packaging, founder stories, product usage, 
• and customer interactions 
• Plan and frame visually engaging shots  
• Be able to 

  shoot & deliver Reels within short timelines

  , ideal for trend-based or rapid campaigns 

Video Editing:

• Edit videos for 

  Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts

  , 

  Stories,

   

  and ads

   
• Craft a strong narrative with 

  good pacing

  , 

  emotional pull,

   and 

  visual appeal

   
• Add 

  motion graphics

  , 

  animated text, transitions

  , and effects to enhance storytelling 
• Maintain fast, 

  consistent delivery of edits

    

Educational Qualification:

0 – 6 months

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficient in 

  Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects

    
• Ability to 

  film, edit, and deliver content solo

   — end-to-end 
• Deep understanding of 

  Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social video trends

• Portfolio/showreel

   showing fast-paced, engaging short-form content 

• Comfortable using mobile or DSLR for shoots (own gear is a plus)

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in outreach and follow-ups
