What You’ll Do: ● Plan, execute, and optimize demand generation campaigns across digital channels (LinkedIn, email, ads, content syndication, etc.). ● Identify and qualify leads based on ICP (ideal customer profile) and hand them off to sales. ● Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, lead quality, and conversions. ● Research target accounts and decision-makers using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or ZoomInfo. ● Collaborate with content, design, and product marketing to develop assets that attract and convert. ● Help build and maintain lead nurturing workflows using marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp). ● Maintain data hygiene and lead status updates in CRM systems. Support, influence, and execute service and product-related decisions. Track, analyze, and communicate key metrics to build opportunities and scalable ecosystem value. Recruit new partners and solicit them through outbound digital marketing. Articulate Mavenwit’s value proposition and the benefits of the Partner Program. Onboard partners through structured training, access, and certification. Support knowledge sessions and periodic certifications. Engage partners through regular meetings to keep Mavenwit top-of-mind. Drive pipeline through partner referrals and co-marketing initiatives. Requirements Ability to run monthly onboarding and training programs. Strong analytical mindset and critical thinking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with meeting scheduling tools and Microsoft Office 365. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business & Management preferred.
