We're Hiring! 🚀 Demand Generation Intern - Mavenwit About the Role: We’re looking for a results-driven and self-motivated Demand Generation Intern to join our growth marketing team. This is a paid, performance-based internship ideal for early-career professionals with prior marketing or lead generation experience who are ready to take ownership of demand initiatives and drive real business impact. You’ll play a hands-on role in designing and executing campaigns to generate high-quality leads, working closely with our sales and marketing teams. What You’ll Do: ● Plan, execute, and optimize demand generation campaigns across digital channels (LinkedIn, email, ads, content syndication, etc.). ● Identify and qualify leads based on ICP (ideal customer profile) and hand them off to sales. ● Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, lead quality, and conversions. ● Research target accounts and decision-makers using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or ZoomInfo. ● Collaborate with content, design, and product marketing to develop assets that attract and convert. ● Help build and maintain lead nurturing workflows using marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp). ● Maintain data hygiene and lead status updates in CRM systems. What You’ll Get / Perks : ● $100 per Qualified Lead (leads that meet ICP and are accepted by the sales team). ● Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools (CRM, marketing automation, analytics). ● Certificate of completion and potential for full-time opportunities based on performance. ● Exposure to real B2B marketing workflows and strategies. ● Mentorship and guidance from experienced marketers and growth leaders. What We're Looking For: ● Prior internship or 6–12 months of experience in lead generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing. ● Strong written and verbal communication skills. ● Familiarity with B2B sales funnels and marketing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, Sales Navigator). ● Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and optimize campaign performance. ● Proactive, accountable, and excited about measurable results. Bonus Points If You Have: ● Experience generating leads in SaaS, tech, or services-based businesses. ● Comfort with copywriting and creative thinking in campaigns. ● Knowledge of ABM, inbound marketing, or cold outreach strategies.
