Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Rajkot. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR department and ensuring effective recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee records, coordinating training programs, and supporting employee development and retention strategies.
