Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Manager will support the company's business objectives through strategic recruitment, staffing, and retention of employees. This involves developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee outreach programs, and providing support to employees through counseling, benefits, and compensation. The HR Manager must ensure that the implementation of HR programs aligns with company goals and values and comply with local labor laws.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices, as well as local labor laws and regulations
• Experience in recruitment, staffing, and retention of employees
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with different levels of the organization
• Experience using HRIS or similar HR software to manage employee records and HR processes
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
• 5+ years of experience in a Human Resources role with at least 2 years in a Managerial role
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Experience in a manufacturing or service industry would be an added advantage
