Your Role: Build and lead the people function

1. Build the foundation

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across R&D, operations, and support functions. 
  • Design and execute onboarding and induction experiences that reflect our values. 
  • Coordinate the implementation of HR and statutory compliance frameworks in consultation with legal and external experts. 
  • Set up and maintain core HR operations, employee records, and documentation systems. 

2. Define Policies & Core Systems

  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee lifecycle processes suited for a growing company. 
  • Introduce practical performance and feedback systems that evolve with scale. 
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and HRMS setup with internal teams and vendors.  

3. Shape Culture & Engagement

  • Act as a trusted partner for employee relations, feedback, and engagement. 
  • Lead culture and communication initiatives that foster inclusion, trust, and performance. 
  • Support leadership in workforce planning, role clarity, and org design. 
  • Drive early-stage efforts in learning, recognition, and total rewards — scaling them as the organization grows. 


What We’re Looking For

  • 4–5 years of progressive experience in HR / People & Culture roles, preferably in startups or small-to-mid-sized organizations. 
  • Strong working knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, compliance, and engagement. 
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, or Business Administration. 
  • Proven ability to work independently with high ownership and agility.
