Plant Installation Ability to do end-to-end installation of Industrial RO plants (from skid setup to piping, pumps, membranes, and panel connection). Knowledge of site layout (inlet/outlet, drainage, raw water line). Piping Knowledge Should know which pipes (UPVC, CPVC, SS, HDPE, etc.) are required based on plant size and pressure. Should be able to design and fit piping for different LPH (Liters per Hour) plants. Membrane Knowledge Must know which membrane model/size to use for different LPH capacities. Experience in membrane fitting, replacement, and sealing. Chemical Cleaning (CIP) Must know how and when to do chemical wash of RO membranes. Understand which chemicals to use for scaling, fouling, or biofouling. Plant Capacity Understanding Should know how to calculate/design membranes and pumps for 250 LPH, 500 LPH, 1000 LPH, and above. Experience with multi-stage pumps, dosing pumps, and pressure vessels. Troubleshooting Skills Leakages, pump failures, low recovery, high TDS, or pressure drops. Knowledge of dosing chemicals (antiscalant, chlorine, SMBS, etc.). Documentation & Handover Ability to make a basic installation/service report.
