Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and reliable RO Technician to install, service, and maintain Reverse Osmosis (RO) water purification systems, including domestic, commercial, and industrial units. The technician will be responsible for ensuring water treatment systems are functioning efficiently and customers are satisfied with the service provided. Key Responsibilities:Install RO water purification systems (domestic, commercial, and industrial). Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to RO units and water softeners. Perform routine maintenance, filter changes, membrane replacements, and system flushing. Attend service calls for breakdowns, leaks, pressure issues, or faulty parts. Ensure timely completion of service logs, maintenance checklists, and reporting. Maintain cleanliness and safety of tools, equipment, and work area. Educate customers on usage, care, and basic troubleshooting of their RO systems. Assist in customer feedback collection and reporting on recurring issues. Requirements:ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant field preferred. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in RO system installation and maintenance. Strong knowledge of RO technology, components (pumps, membranes, filters), and plumbing. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Good communication and customer service skills. Willingness to travel for on-site service visits.
