ROLE SNAPSHOT

• Location/Schedule:

  Hybrid or Remote (within India), Full-Time

• Purpose:

  Build and manage Mercola’s India People & Culture operations — connecting great people with meaningful work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and new hire integration.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with India labor laws.
• Partner with U.S. HR and Finance on compensation, benefits, and reporting.
• Maintain and optimize HRIS (Dayforce) data integrity.
• Foster engagement and resolve employee concerns with empathy and fairness.
• Implement global HR programs and local process improvements.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

• 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including 2–3 years managing India HR operations.
• Solid knowledge of India employment laws and statutory requirements.
• Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and generalist functions.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced HR certification or MBA/PGDM preferred.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with Dayforce or other global HRIS systems.
• Prior work with international teams or cross-border HR operations.
