Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Pune. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR functions such as recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role also involves developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, handling employee grievances, and ensuring a positive work environment. The HR Manager will work closely with management to develop and retain talent and foster a productive and compliant workplace.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Experience in performance management and developing HR policies and procedures
• Thorough understanding of labor laws and compliance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus
