A position open for candidates in Pune with a min. experience of 7 to 10 Years in Human Resource Field Human Resource Manager Work Experience - 7 to 10 Years Salary Range - 6 to 7.5 LPA Location: Head office , Law College Road, Pune Website : www.limaye.co The position is open for candidates based in Pune only Duties & responsibilities Lead and direct the routine functions of Human Resource (HR) department including administering pay, benefits, leaves and enforcing company policy and practices. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. Handles discipline and performance management system in accordance with company policies. Manage the recruitment and selection process. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization. Nurture a positive working environment. Oversees the daily workflow of the department. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Assess training needs and ensures timely development of employees. Design, coordinate and conduct training programs. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
