Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager with 3–5 years of relevant experience to lead our HR operations and manage a small team of HR professionals. The role involves overseeing end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate will be a people-oriented leader who can align HR strategies with business objectives while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

1. HR Operations & Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a team of HR executives/assistants in day-to-day HR operations.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team targets are met.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.2. Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from manpower planning to onboarding.

3. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and exit interviews.
  • Foster a positive work culture aligned with company values.

4. Performance Management

  • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
  • Support department managers in setting KPIs and conducting evaluations.
  • Track and analyze employee performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.

5. HR Policy & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, etc.).
  • Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and standard operating procedures.
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation for audits and management review.

6. Training & Development

  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs to enhance employee capabilities.
  • Support leadership and soft skills development initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,718.54 - ₹41,000.00 per month
