Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for Assistant Manager – Inventory to support inventory control, ensure stock accuracy, assist in procurement planning, and streamline warehouse operations.

• Monitor and manage daily inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability of stock.
• Supervise inventory audits and cycle counts; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to maintain optimal inventory flow.
• Assist in developing and implementing inventory control procedures and systems.
• Analyze inventory trends and prepare regular reports on stock status, slow/fast-moving items, and reorder levels.
• Support the implementation of inventory management software and ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Train and guide warehouse staff on best inventory practices.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to track inventory in transit and ensure timely replenishment.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control related to inventory.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 4–7 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse supervision, or supply chain roles.

• Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures and ERP systems.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory software/tools.• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
