Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR operations and ensure the effective management of our people and culture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business goals, managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and fostering a positive and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate job postings, screening, interviews, and hiring processes.
  • Oversee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as the main point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Promote a positive work culture through engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
  • Ensure a safe, inclusive, and compliant work environment.

3. Performance Management

  • Implement and manage the performance appraisal process.
  • Work with department heads to set KPIs and evaluate employee performance.
  • Identify skill gaps and design training & development programs.

4. Policy Development & Compliance

  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and handbooks in line with legal and company standards.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.

5. Compensation & Benefits

  • Oversee payroll processing, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Manage employee benefits, incentives, and performance-linked bonuses.

6. HR Strategy & Reporting

  • Align HR initiatives with company objectives and long-term goals.
  • Prepare HR reports on hiring, attrition, and performance metrics for management review.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of HR software (HRMS/ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • In-depth understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR, MBA in HR) are an added advantage.
