Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Email Lead Generation Specialist to join our marketing team on a full-time basis. This entry-level role is ideal for interns, freshers, and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to contribute to our demand generation efforts. You'll focus on creating and managing email campaigns to attract IT prospects, nurture leads, and support our sales pipeline. Reporting to the Marketing Lead, you'll work collaboratively in a dynamic environment to drive business growth.

Location: Delhi-NCR (Hybrid/Remote options available)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary Range: ₹10,000 - ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and executing email campaigns, including newsletters, drip sequences, and promotional emails using tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
  • Build and segment email lists targeting IT decision-makers, such as CTOs and IT managers in various sectors.
  • Create engaging email content with compelling subject lines, body copy, and CTAs that showcase our IT solutions like mobile apps and cloud integrations.
  • Monitor campaign metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and perform basic A/B testing to optimize performance.
  • Integrate with CRM tools (e.g., basic Salesforce usage) to track leads and support handoffs to sales.
  • Ensure compliance with email best practices, data privacy (GDPR-like standards), and maintain list hygiene.
  • Research lead sources from online directories, webinars, and social media to expand our database.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign results and contribute ideas in team meetings.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field (graduates preferred).
  • Strong written English skills (mandatory for crafting professional emails).
  • Basic knowledge of email marketing tools and digital marketing concepts.
  • Enthusiastic and quick learner, suitable for interns, freshers, or those with 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Hands-on experience with email platforms (Mailchimp, Sendinblue) or content creation.
  • Familiarity with IT industry trends or basic CRM usage.
  • Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Digital Garage) is a plus.
