Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage and business operations reviews, contract and renewal management. Billing, Collections and functional monitoring of client and internal accounts. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors to ensure risk mitigation and adherence to quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Liaise with customer success team to ensure timely completion of tasks for each account. Monitor status of each account and actions closely. Create reports and finance review analytics. Ensure alignment with ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR, and other applicable standards. Support audits and security assessments as required. Contract & Agreement Management: Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, MSAs, SLAs, DPAs, and other legal documents. Ensure that detailed billing information is maintained and tracking is done regularly. Maintain a repository of executed contracts and monitor key dates (renewals, expirations, obligations). Stay updated on legal and data protection developments relevant to the business. Qualifications & Experience: Strong understanding of excel and online analytics. Excellent communication, negotiation, followup and documentation skills. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with SaaS or tech environments. Ability to handle high volumes of contract and compliance work efficiently. Proactive approach to risk identification and mitigation.
