Job Summary:

Organizational Psychologist


Key Responsibilities:

Customer Success & Relationship Management:

  • Understand the psychological drivers of customer engagement, loyalty, and satisfaction.
  • Apply motivational and behavioral principles to improve customer relationships and retention.
  • Conduct assessments and gather feedback to continuously optimize the customer journey.
  • Provide support that considers emotional intelligence and psychological insight into client concerns.

Client and Provider Relations:

  • Mediate conflicts using psychological techniques to foster healthy professional relationships.
  • Analyze relationship dynamics and provide recommendations for improved communication and alignment.
  • Promote conflict resolution strategies based on empathy, trust-building, and organizational well-being.

Organizational Development & Business Growth:

  • Partner with the business development team to align growth strategies with psychological insights.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive organizational culture that supports engagement and performance.
  • Use behavioral science to guide leadership in decision-making, employee engagement, and service improvements.

Provider Onboarding and Training:

  • Design and implement psychologically informed onboarding programs that enhance integration and performance.
  • Assess providers’ psychological readiness to work within our environment and offer tailored support.
  • Collaborate on training content focused on emotional intelligence, communication, and customer handling.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in

    Organizational Psychology

    , Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience in organizational development, employee or client relations, and conflict resolution.
  • Strong ability to interpret behavioral data and apply psychological theory in practical settings.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally across teams with an emphasis on collaboration and psychological safety.
  • Experience in onboarding, training, and employee engagement is an advantage.
  • High ethical standards with a commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
