Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive/Manager to support our growth initiatives. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue through B2B, B2C, and institutional channels (corporates, hospitals, schools, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
• Pitch and present Mantra Care’s services (Mental health programs, wellness solutions, corporate wellness, therapy, etc.) to potential clients.
• Develop customized proposals and close sales deals with corporates, hospitals, clinics, and wellness platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align offerings with client needs.
• Maintain a sales pipeline and provide regular reporting on progress and targets.
• Represent Mantra Care at events, webinars, and meetings as needed.
• Contribute to strategy discussions and help shape business expansion plans.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 1–4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales (preferably in healthcare or wellness industry).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong relationship-building skills with a client-centric approach.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online business tools.
