Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000

Job Summary:

Mantra Care is seeking a results-driven Industrial Psychologist to join our Customer Success and Provider Relations team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in applying psychological principles to enhance organizational performance, workforce productivity, and operational efficiency. This role combines people analytics, systems thinking, and behavior-based strategies to improve both customer satisfaction and internal team effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in onboarding new customers.

Support the Customer Success team in responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.

Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and escalate issues when necessary.

Assist in creating customer success resources, such as guides, tutorials, and FAQs.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field. i.e BA Program in Psychology, Economics, English; MBA, BH Hons Psychology.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software is a plus.

A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
