Developing workshops , support groups and psycho educative sessions to promote mental health
Facilitating workplace mental health programmes like employee assistance programmes, wellness initiatives, workshops on anger management, Spiritual Chakras, Mindfulness etc.
Conducting individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
Facilitating psychoeducational workshops on topics such as stress management and coping skills, resilience training etc
*Any other responsibilities given by the management
