Role:

Summary

As a Customer Success Executive, you will ensure that clients gain maximum value from MantraCare’s wellness services. You’ll own the post-sales relationship, guide onboarding, drive engagement, and support retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead smooth client onboarding and ensure strong initial engagement.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients—responding to queries via email, phone, or chat.
• Monitor client engagement, identify areas for improvement, and promote service adoption.
• Collect client feedback and relay insights to product and operations teams.
• Proactively address churn risks and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate client data in CRM systems, tracking usage, renewals, and satisfaction.
• Conduct webinars, training sessions, and client success programs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, and Provider Relations teams.

Ideal Candidate:

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior experience in customer success, account management, or client servicing preferred.
• Comfortable using CRMs and digital communication tools.
• Passion for health, wellness, or technology a plus.
