Psychological Assessments Conduct comprehensive assessments including Mental Status Examinations, Personality Tests, Cognitive and Neuro-Cognitive Assessments, and IQ evaluations. Lead risk and family assessments, contributing to thorough case formulations. Treatment Planning & Interventions Design detailed psychological treatment plans involving both patients and their families. Deliver individual psychological and cognitive therapies. Conduct therapeutic group sessions for in-patients. Offer walk-in and follow-up psychological consultations. Facilitate family interventions and support systems. Training, Supervision & Leadership Guide and manage junior psychologists and trainees in their daily responsibilities. Provide training and supervision on therapeutic interventions, stress management, and clinical documentation. Conduct regular training sessions for psychologists and trainees across MindPlus Retreat, MindPlus, and MindFirst. Service Development & Quality Lead initiatives for the enhancement and innovation of psychological services. Supervise documentation, therapeutic activities, and compliance tasks of all Clinical Psychologists and Psychologists. Ensure adherence to hospital accreditation standards and patient safety protocols. Documentation & Compliance Maintain daily activity records, therapy notes, family communication logs, and MDT special notes. Ensure timely and accurate documentation in medical records, including compliance forms and process workflows.Join our passionate and growing team dedicated to transforming mental healthcare.
