Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Industrial Psychologist located in New Delhi. The Industrial Psychologist will be responsible for analyzing workplaces, developing and implementing training programs, researching and applying psychological principles to improve industrial and manufacturing processes, and fostering effective communication within the organization. The role also involves working closely with employees and management to enhance productivity and job satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Industrial Engineering knowledge
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in developing and conducting Training programs
• Knowledge of Manufacturing processes and principles
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Experience in a corporate or industrial setting is a plus
• Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Psychology, or related field
