Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and manage the Digital Marketing team to run high-impact campaigns.
• Drive lead generation initiatives and ensure a steady pipeline of quality leads.
• Plan and implement growth-focused initiatives to enhance brand visibility and reach.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for improved ROI.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams for smooth execution of marketing plans.
• Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
• Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and overall team performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in marketing leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, and growth strategy.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in marketing analytics and tools.
