About Us We are building AvenPing, a SaaS platform helping businesses scale customer communication through WhatsApp and messaging automation. With global ambitions across India, GCC and Asia Pacific Region, we’re looking for a Head of Marketing who can drive strategy, build a world-class team, and deliver growth. Responsibilities • Own the marketing strategy and execution roadmap across all channels (digital, PR, events, content, partnerships). • Build, lead, and mentor a marketing team (performance marketing, content, design, PR, community). • Manage the marketing budget efficiently with focus on ROI-driven campaigns. • Establish AvenPing as a thought leader brand in SaaS and MarTech. • Collaborate with sales and product teams to create aligned go-to-market strategies. • Track performance metrics (CAC, LTV, funnel conversions) and present regular reports to leadership. • Identify new growth opportunities in international markets and scale accordingly. Requirements • 😀years of marketing experience, with at least ☺️ years in a leadership role. (We want someone who can deliver, experience doesn’t need to be 5 years ) • Proven track record of scaling SaaS or tech products . • Strong leadership skills with ability to hire, manage, and inspire teams . • Excellent understanding of both brand marketing and performance marketing . • Strong analytical mindset; able to balance data-driven decision making with creativity . • Experience working in global markets (India, GCC, and Asia Pacific as preferred) .
