Job Description

As a dynamic and strategic Marketing Head for the Study Abroad division, your role will involve leading the marketing function to support student acquisition, strengthen brand equity, and enable business growth across geographies. You will be responsible for defining and leading the marketing strategy across digital, offline, and regional channels, driving performance marketing, digital lead generation, media planning, and digital partnerships. Additionally, you will design and supervise localized marketing campaigns, lead event planning and execution, manage offline marketing initiatives, and oversee team and stakeholder management. Your role will also involve agency and vendor management, budget ownership, ROI tracking, and travel to branch offices across regions. Key Responsibilities: - Define and lead the overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives - Drive digital marketing initiatives including performance marketing and digital lead generation - Design and supervise localized marketing campaigns tailored to branch-level needs - Lead the planning and execution of education fairs, university events, webinars, and promotional campaigns - Manage offline marketing activities such as print, radio, OOH, and community outreach - Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team - Oversee external marketing agencies, event partners, and vendors - Develop and manage the marketing budget, monitor spends, and track ROI - Monitor key reporting metrics such as MQLs, CPL, branch-level campaign impact, event attendance, brand awareness, and marketing ROI Qualifications: - 12+ years of leadership experience in marketing, preferably in education, consulting, or B2C service industries - Proven experience managing integrated marketing strategies across digital, offline, regional, and event platforms - MBA or equivalent qualification in Marketing or related field preferred - Experience in scaling multi-location or multi-market campaigns is highly desirable In this role, you will need to exhibit leadership competencies such as strategic thinking, execution excellence, cross-functional influence, team leadership, analytical mindset, agility, and innovation. Your ability to craft long-term marketing vision, translate strategy into actionable plans, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, manage high-performing teams, focus on data and metrics, and adapt to a fast-paced environment will be crucial for success.,
