As the Head of Marketing at 2Hats Logic Solutions, you will play a crucial role in leading the marketing department towards achieving the company's business objectives and growth targets. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, overseeing Performance Marketing initiatives across various channels, analyzing campaign performance, managing the marketing budget effectively, and building and managing a high-performing marketing team. Additionally, you will be required to collaborate with Sales and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing activities with overall business goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the companys business objectives and growth targets. - Lead Performance Marketing initiatives across various channels (e.g., paid search, social media, programmatic advertising, SEO) to maximize ROI and drive lead generation and conversions. - Devise and implement SEO and AEO strategies to improve organic search performance and enhance website visibility. - Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and adjust strategies based on insights. - Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve strategic goals. - Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. - Set clear performance metrics and professional development goals for team members. - Serve as the knowledgeable person for the organization on all marketing best practices, emerging technologies, and industry shifts. - Utilize strong communication skills to articulate marketing vision, strategies, and results to executive leadership and cross-functional teams. - Collaborate closely with Sales and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing activities with overall business goals. **Qualifications & Experience:** - 7+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with a significant portion in a leadership or senior managerial role. - Proven expertise and a successful track record in Performance Marketing. - Solid experience with email marketing platforms, segmentation, and automation. - Strong strategic thinking and execution skills in developing, implementing, and measuring effective marketing programs. - Demonstrated ability to build and manage a successful team. - Added Advantage: Previous experience working for a service-based company. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Strong knowledge of SEO and AEO strategies.
