Head of Marketing

Key Responsibilities

1. Growth Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies (STRAP & OP) aligned to the company’s 3X revenue goal.
  
• Drive BU-specific market penetration, competitive positioning, and share growth.
  
• Manage marketing budgets with strong ROI and profitability focus.
  

2. Product Lifecycle & Portfolio Expansion

• Own product growth roadmaps and NPD launch planning across all BUs.
  
• Monitor contribution margins to ensure profitable portfolio expansion.
  
• Drive cross-BU solution marketing for hospital and healthcare ecosystems.
  

3. Market Penetration & Brand Leadership

• Lead export marketing initiatives including global trade shows, distributor enablement, and localization.
  
• Drive digital marketing initiatives (SEO, content, email) for Pharma and MDM growth.
  
• Ensure strong, consistent, and compliant brand positioning across all BUs.
  

4. Leadership & Collaboration

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing multi-functional marketing team.
  
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Finance, and Export teams.
  
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (CDSCO, FDA, CE, ISO).
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business; MBA preferred.
  
• 12–15 years of progressive marketing experience with 3+ years in senior leadership.
  
• Strong exposure to healthcare consumables, medical devices, or pharma manufacturing.
  
• Expertise in global regulations, export markets, and digital marketing technologies.
