Job Summary

Area Sales Manager Dentistry

Key Responsibilities

Understanding of the region and building network of authorised distributors, sub-distributors for primary and secondary sales.
Support in Execution of Road shows in Institute, appointing KOL, regional courses etc.
Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets for
dentistry sales
.
Manage day-to-day sales operations across the assigned region.
Drive sales of Endo-dontic, Handpiece,
dental consumables, etc.
Conduct product demonstrations and client presentations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dentists, clinics, hospitals, and dealers.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Review team performance and provide guidance for improvement.

Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
8-12 years of experience in Dentistry / healthcare sales.
Strong team handling, product training, and presentation skills.
Willing to travel within the assigned territory.
