Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and achieve targets for Auto Refinish products.
  • Manage distributors, workshops, body shops, direct and industrial customers
  • Expand market reach and onboard new customers.
  • Conduct product demos, training, colour matching, and technical support.
  • Monitor competitor activity and implement territory growth plans.
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and secondary sales.
  • Maintain strong relationships with major workshops, garages, body shops, and direct customers.

Skills & Requirements

  • Mandatory experience in Auto Refinish / Automotive Coatings/ Industrial paints
  • Strong B2C & B2B sales and market development capability.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.
  • Ability to travel and work independently.

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate in Science/Engineering/Business; paint technology knowledge preferred.
  • 8-12 years of experience in B2C & B2B sales, preferably in Industrial paints/Coating segment
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and market penetration
