Role dimensions: Deliver respective Practice topline and bottom-line target. Opportunity Mapping: Identify potential companies in the Mechanical Industry. Business Development: Drive business development process Delivery: Lead the execution of assignments Key responsibilities: Topline and Bottomline Target: Achieve the set topline and bottomline target for the Mechanical Industry Practice Business Development: Identify and acquire new clients from Mechanical Industry for Management Consulting, Executive search, and Training services offered by Proxima Team Management: Hire, Train, and Manage high performing team Key Account Management: Lead and manage key accounts of Mechanical Practice. This requires extensive travel across key markets in India\ Networking: Actively participate in Industry forums and develop network Preferred Profile Mechanical Engineer, preferably Post Graduate in Business Management from a reputed institute. 15 - 20 years’ experience, atleast 4 years of proven track record of Consultative selling of Industrial Products and services.
