1. Core Strategic Responsibilities
The Head of Marketing will transition ORO's go-to-market approach from reactive to proactive and data-driven, ensuring alignment with the overall 3X revenue goal.
A. Growth Strategy & Planning
Marketing Roadmap:
Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies and annual operational plans (STRAP & OP
) tailored to each of the five business units (Dentistry, CSSD, MDM, Pharma, Export), focusing on aggressive market penetration and share improvement.Competitive Positioning:
Conduct meticulous market analysis and competitor benchmarking to define country-specific competitive positioning and value propositions, particularly in high-growth segments like Export and Pharma.Budget & ROI Management:
Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation for maximum Return on Investment (ROI) and alignment with the company's profitability target.
B. Product Lifecycle & Portfolio Expansion
Product Growth Mapping:
Take full ownership of the product growth roadmap, including systematic planning for New Product Development (NPD) launches across all BUs.Contribution Margin Focus:
Closely monitor product movement, growth mapping, and performance by keeping a critical eye on Contribution Margin (CM)
to ensure portfolio expansion drives profitable revenue.Cross-BU Innovation:
Drive cross-functional collaboration to identify and market end-to-end solutions for hospitals (e.g., combining CSSD, Safety Wear, and Sterility Monitoring products).
C. Market Penetration & Brand Consistency
Export Market Structure:
Drive targeted marketing efforts to support the Export BU's goal 3X
, including strategic participation in global trade shows, localization, and building strong distributor partnerships.Digital Leadership:
Champion the companys digital presence (SEO, Content Marketing, e-mail Marketing) to support customer acquisition plans, especially for the high-growth Pharma and MDM segments.Brand Stewardship:
Oversee brand development across all BUs, ensuring consistent, compliant messaging that shifts the perception of ORO from 'sellers' to 'partners' in the healthcare ecosystem.
2. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Team Development:
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing, specialized marketing team capable of supporting multi-BU needs and adapting to fast-paced industry changes.Stakeholder Alignment:
Serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Product Development, Finance, and Export teams to ensure marketing initiatives directly support the sales funnel and business objectives.Compliance & Regulation:
Ensure all marketing collateral, messaging, and campaigns strictly adhere to global and domestic healthcare regulations (CDSCO, FDA, CE, ISO).
3. Required Qualifications and Skills
Education:
Bachelors degree in marketing or business; MBA and advanced degree strongly preferred.

Domain Expertise:
Deep understanding of healthcare regulatory environments (e.g., ISO, CE, FDA) and global logistics/trade practices, particularly in emerging and developed Export markets.Skills:
Strong strategic thinking, proven analytical abilities, exceptional communication and presentation skills, and expertise in leveraging modern digital marketing technologies (CRM, marketing automation, advanced analytics).Mindset:
