Marketing Strategy & Planning - Develop short-term and long-term marketing strategies aligned with business and sales objectives.
Prepare project-wise marketing plans for new launches, ongoing projects, and inventory liquidation. Define target audience, positioning, pricing communication, and go-to-market strategy.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to guide strategy. Brand Management & Communication Build and maintain a strong corporate and project-level brand identity. Ensure consistency in brand communication across all channels (digital, print, outdoor, events)
Manage PR, media relations, press releases, and brand reputation.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Lead digital marketing initiatives including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and portals Ensure cost-effective lead generation and optimize CPL (cost per lead).
Monitor campaign performance, conversion ratios, and ROI. Work closely with CRM and sales teams to improve lead quality and closure rates.
Offline Marketing & Events Plan and execute launch events, site events, roadshows, exhibitions, and broker meets. Manage outdoor advertising, print media, radio, cinema, and BTL activities. Evaluate effectiveness of offline campaigns and optimize spends. Budgeting & Vendor Management
Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget and project-wise marketing spends. Appoint, manage, and evaluate creative agencies, digital agencies, media agencies, and vendors. Negotiate rates and ensure cost optimization without compromising quality
Lead Generation- Cost per lead, lead volume vs targets Sales Conversion Support -Lead to-site visit & booking ratios Brand Visibility -Brand recall & digital reach metrics Campaign ROI- ROI per project / campaign
