Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding education loan inquiries
Explain loan products for:

MBBS courses in IndiaUG / PG programs in India / abroad

Clarify loan eligibility, interest rates, repayment, and documentation
Assist customers in submitting loan applications via partner banks/NBFCs Track applications, coordinate with backend teams for timely disbursement Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email Maintain detailed call logs and CRM updates

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience:

     Min. 1 year in customer support / telesales / loan processing
  • Language:

     Excellent English (spoken & written); Hindi or a regional language is a bonus
  • Skills:

     Clear, confident communication of financial products
  • Preferred:

     Background in banks, NBFCs, education loan companies, or EdTech

Good multitasking and query-handling skills

  • Familiar with SBI, HDFC Credila, Avanse, ICICI Bank loan processes
