Key Responsibilities: Operate machines like Honing, Grinding, Brazing, Ball Stalking, UTM Machine, Emil, Laser Marking, EDM Set up machinery and ensure proper functioning before production Load/unload raw materials and finished products Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines Conduct quality checks and measure product dimensions using gauges, calipers, etc. Record production data and maintain logs Follow safety and operational protocols strictly Report any faults or irregularities to the supervisor
Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new customers for gold loan/Loan Against Property/ Mortgage Loan/ Credit card/ Personal Loan/ Small and Medium Enterprises Sales products. Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, referrals, and partner networks. Explain gold loan schemes and benefits to customers clearly. Collect required documents and ensure compliance with KYC norms. Achieve monthly sales targets for gold loan disbursal. Maintain good relationships with customers and ensure timely interest collection or loan renewals. Coordinate with branch staff for smooth loan processing and disbursal. Track market trends and competitor offerings. Requirements: Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred). Sales experience in NBFCs, banks, or financial services is an advantage. Good communication and negotiation skills. Fieldwork and local travel required. Knowledge of local language preferred.
