About the Role

We are hiring Freshers for our Customer Support team. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries with clarity and professionalism. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Understand customer issues and provide accurate information or solutions.
  • Maintain a polite, friendly, and professional tone during conversations.
  • Document customer interactions and update internal systems.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for escalations when necessary.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely resolution.
