Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Customer Support Executive. The primary responsibilities include addressing customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing online and technical support, and effectively resolving customer service concerns. The role involves promptly assisting customers via digital communication channels and maintaining a positive customer experience.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service
• Experience in Online Support and Technical Support
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to manage customer interactions with patience and professionalism
• Proficiency in leveraging digital tools to assist and resolve customer queries
• Self-motivated and capable of working remotely and independently
• Prior experience in e-learning or a similar industry is a plus
• Fluency in written and spoken English
