We are looking for a Head of Marketing for one of the leading retail brands in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong startup experience within the retail industry and the ability to handle 360-degree marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end marketing strategy across Brand, Digital, Performance, Growth, PR & CRM
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand visibility across online & offline channels
Build scalable marketing frameworks in a fast-paced startup environment
Work closely with leadership to align marketing with business growth
Ideal Profile:
Retail startup background is mandatory
Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset
